When Sophie’s parents met an accident and caused their life, it is her parent’s bestfriends and happened to be her godparents who will took care of her.
Holly Berenson (played by Katherine Heigl), a career woman, and Eric Messer (Josh Duhamel), a sports director and hunk found the situation in the dead end. When their common friends went to death, Sophie, their goddaughter is left orphaned. As being the second parent of the child, it is the right time to prove that they were worthy of being called as godparents, and as an accidental mom and dad at the same time.
